JYW Consulting is a boutique consultancy that provides a complete range of services to Australasia and international road and rail transport organisations. We are a team of consultants with presence in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Europe.

Our objective is to provide on-demand, highly skilled, experienced transportation consultants whom are sought after by our clients in the domain practice areas of Management Consulting, Commercial / Procurement Consulting, Asset Management, Technical Services, Operations Management, and Program / Portfolio and Project Management – see diagram below.

As an example we have successfully applied agile project management framework to progressively showcase innovative and/or high risk projects e.g. rapid prototyping that achieves the balance between being on the leading edge of technology, taking on the necessary risk to learn through the project whilst balancing the need to deliver value for money outcomes and minimise financial exposure for our clients.
